Who we are

TJA Engineering is a licensed electrical engineering consulting firm specializing in commercial and industrial design, primarily serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Arizona. The firm is also a certified Emerging Small Business (ESB) through Oregon’s Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID).

The firm was founded by Trevor Alley, a licensed professional engineer with a hands-on background in both the field and the design office. Trevor began his electrical career at the age of 16, working alongside his father in Wyoming, building electrical panels after school. He earned his journeyman electrician license while simultaneously studying electrical engineering. After completing his degree, he moved to Oregon and began his career as an electrical engineering consultant, earning a strong reputation with clients for his realistic approach to design—thanks to extensive field experience and a true understanding of what it takes to install what's on paper.

Trevor launched TJA Engineering with a focus on honesty, transparency, and a team-driven mindset—building a company where people come first and success is shared.
